Spanish Harlem: The Pulse of New York City

In Manhattan, more or less from 96th St. and First Avenue or FDR Drive, all the way to approximately 125th St., and from First Avenue to Central Park East, that cut-out rectangle more or less is where the heart of Spanish Harlem is located.
