Urgent Inquiry Regarding My YouTube Channel Termination

Dear YouTube Support Team,

My name is Jairo Bonilla, and I am the owner of the N Y C F A l C O N channel on YouTube, which I have cherished for over 14 years. This channel holds immense emotional value for me and my family, as it contains countless memories, including school pictures of my children, family videos, and more.

Recently, I was shocked to discover that my channel has been removed without any prior warning or notification. I have always strived to adhere to YouTube’s community guidelines and copyright policies, and I am at a loss to understand why my account was terminated. I have received positive feedback on my content, including reaching over 1000 views on several individual videos and I have never intentionally violated any guidelines.

The abrupt removal of my channel, which is filled with personal and sentimental content, feels extremely unfair. I believe that I should have received a warning or explanation before such a drastic action was taken.

I kindly request clarification on the reasons for my channel’s termination. It is crucial for me to understand what led to this decision, as I have always made an effort to comply with YouTube’s standards.

In the year 2011 YouTube premiered its debut, it seems like a long time because it is, but I remember it as if it were yesterday.

I remember very clearly not at all, being into social media as a young man and a newly become father, I was earnestly learning about fatherhood. Two years after YouTube’s creation and introduction to the world of social media; I remember giving into temptation and signing up myself for a YouTube channel.

Like many other fathers and mothers, I would upload casually from time to time some of my personal moments with my family. Walking the streets, at restaurants, parks, and other public places one would enjoy family time with their own.

I never received a lot of views, attention or publicity for my family videos. Something that I am perfectly happy with as videos of my family and of me are for my viewing pleasure; so the fact that my videos did not get views, I was perfectly happy with because it was a personal moment between me and my loved ones, For me to view and for my family to view.

For the past 12 years, as far as the world is concerned, my YouTube channel is just a regular family channel. However, from 2025, that would be five months into the year till present date, I have use my YouTube channel, more politically inclined.

What does that mean? This means that there is a huge part of the country; that is fed up with the current administration in power, a group of people, of grassroots organizations that have mobilized in peaceful demonstration, and meaningful protest, that have taken a stand against the current regime in power, and I, as a law, abiding citizen, and as afforded by the constitution have joined my voice, my words, my blogs, my social platforms, and have joined with such grassroots efforts of protest happening on the ground, with activist that have all joined together in protest to the current regime in power, as afforded by the constitution, and given to us as inhalable rights that are constantly granted, the people have spoken and they will have their voice heard.

You see as a Mexican man, this only in Bolden’s my cause, it’s only justifies my resolve. This only grants me the ability to respond with more precise position and calculative approach to whatever I do.

Even as May nears its end, demonstrations across the country and around the world persist and strengthen, reflecting ongoing opposition to the current administration in office.

As a blogger and note-taker, it’s crucial for me to reflect on the numerous groups, chapters, divisions, communities, and organizations that have joined, bound by their cause, to collaborate in opposing the current administration. This powerful display of unity underscores the widespread and deep-seated desire for change.

There’s no need to list the many groups, organizations, and networks that have emerged in the last six months—doing so would be an exercise in redundancy. Every one of them is already listed right here on my blog in previous posts, where I’ve extensively explored countless grassroots movements, including their groups, chapters, and divisions that have spontaneously come to life, as well as pictures, where to find them, addresses, phone numbers, and directions on how to find all those groups mentioned in previous posts.

Among the many groups, Indivisible is one I’ve been tracking with particular interest; they’re active on Facebook. Founded in 2016, Indivisible stands out. My reluctance to deeply embed myself in any single grassroots movement stems from a personal observation: in my nearly ten years as a blogger—a journey I’m about to finalize—I’ve found that close affiliation hasn’t directly served my personal objectives. This cautious approach allows me to maintain a broader perspective and ensures my focus remains on comprehensive documentation rather than partisan advocacy. It’s a testament to the importance of journalistic integrity even in the realm of grassroots movements.
