The Indivisible Guide on Facebook has long been a prominent organizer in my region, near the Massachusetts border on the east coast, and enjoys considerable recognition here. Despite this, the political organizing landscape has become more crowded in recent months, particularly since I resumed blogging at the start of 2025, with many new groups forming. From what I understand they operate from New York City, and I follow them and admire their leadership.

This morning, I encountered a most interesting group, I will provide the link in the following description. Just as a sidenote, I became a subscriber this morning. Along with so many other groups that I have joined that are leading the way in the fight to keep democracy alive.

The devil is in the detail. There are so many groups that are described, shown, and touched down in this particular YouTube video. If you are in the fight for keeping democracy, these groups, networks, organizations, and grassroots efforts are the ones to connect to and support. As they are on the ground, covering, commentating, reporting authoring books and news letters and so many other things that I may have missed, because it is an explosion of resistance in the fight to keep democracy from the people by the people and of the people.

American-born Pope Leo XIV tweeted five times in 2025, offering a glimpse into his concerns and opinions on current events. Two of these tweets directly criticized Vice President Vance, while another was a repost highlighting President Trump’s laughter directed at Kilmar Abrego Garcia; the remaining two tweets expressed concern regarding the health of Pope Francis.

Historically, this is all screwed up. Europeans sailed thousands of miles across the Atlantic to invade Puerto Rico eventually to continue the invasion of the mainland /motherland starting at Plymouth Rock, Massachusetts.

That commenced the colonization—which is a nice way of saying “killing and genocide of a people. A raping of the land & of its people, there is no other way to describe it.”

It was European Anglo-Saxons, Caucasian, “men, and I use that term loosely” who invaded this great land and Nation, to genocide, to pillage, to kill, to destroy, resulting in the bloodshed of thousands of people—so-called Native Americans, who all have proper names, tribes, and attributes.

Interestingly, somehow-idiotically, we all call them Native Americans when they have names like Iroquois, Apache, Navajo, among countless others, names, and tribes.

This is mind numbing buffoonery of the highest order, “you mean to tell me that the same white European is going to pay native people of this land $1000 so they can self-deport?”American stupidity has never been this repulsive and morally toxic.
